Numeric (Zephony Software Pvt Ltd) uses carefully selected third parties to provide our service. These providers may process personal data on our behalf as processors or subprocessors, in line with our agreements and this notice. This page summarizes key providers and their primary role. Payments & billing
Paddle
Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc.) acts as our Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle processes checkout, payments, subscription management, tax, and related billing data. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Paddle handles payment card data under PCI-DSS requirements.
Product & reliability
- Mixpanel — Product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the service. Optional analytics cookies are used only when you allow them in our cookie preferences. Privacy
- Sentry — Error and performance monitoring to diagnose issues and improve stability. Configured to limit personal data; see their notice for details. Privacy
Infrastructure & communications
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure — We use industry-standard cloud providers to host the application and store data with appropriate security controls.
- Email delivery — Transactional email (e.g. verification, password reset, notifications) is sent through email service providers we contract with for delivery.
